Abigail Greene Ryan

Abigail@PrettyVictorian.com | 415 203 5787

Abigail has a long history with real estate coming from a family that both invested in, and sold San Francisco and Sonoma County properties. She is a direct descendant of Mark and Ralphine McDonald, key figures in Santa Rosa's early development.

Abigail grew up in San Francisco, and has lived in France, Mexico and North Carolina. She started her real estate career in 2009 while living in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. She brought her California and European aesthetic, sensibilities and passion to the job by specializing in green design, which set her apart and gave her an additional level of expertise. Abigail moved to Santa Rosa and began practicing real estate in Sonoma County in 2014. Her extensive knowledge of San Francisco, Marin and Sonoma Counties serves her clients well. Having travelled and moved many times personally, she knows a lot about relocating families to different areas within the bay area. Her research on issues such as school districts, commute time, the assets/logistics of each community allows her clients to relax in what can be a very stressful experience. Abigail is a good listener and problem solver by nature. Understanding a client's lifestyle and individual needs is one of her greatest strengths. Streamlining the process of buying and selling real estate by custom tailoring the entire experience to each client is key to her success. And while Abigail has a hugely creative side, she is also efficient, focused, and calm. She has a great deal of experience with software and technology and how to leverage those skills to market real estate and work with generational buyers.

Abigail is highly involved in her community and believes in giving back and staying connected. She volunteers at her children's Waldorf schools and in 2011 served on the executive committee at the SF Public Montessori as Arts Advisor Chair. She has experience fundraising and event planning for The San Francisco public Montessori schools as well as the SFMOMA, and the Bayview Opera House. She is a member of the Santa Rosa Historical Society and is an avid art, antiques, genealogy, and traveling buff. In her spare time she enjoys sewing, weaving, knitting, arts & crafts, boating, scuba diving & camping with her husband and three children.
