Gina’s expertise and passion for real estate began at the age of 19 when she obtained her agent’s license at the urging of her father, George, who was in the midst of a very successful real estate career in Sonoma County. Being a retired highway patrolman, George had a strong work ethic, a high level of integrity and he was passionate about learning and growing; qualities he modeled and passed down to his daughter and protégé.
“Very early in my real estate career, I learned the secrets of success from my father: focusing on my clients’ needs, asking questions to help them define their personal and financial long-term goals, being honest, and encouraging my clients to look to the future with their real estate investments. I was fortunate to buy my first piece of real estate at 21 years old—one of the best moves I ever made."
Gina Martinelli is all about “the big picture,” and she understands the benefits of long-term planning and patience to achieve solid financial success. She believes real estate can be a key piece to everyone's financial planning equation.
When working with sellers, Gina is savvy about current market conditions and excels at advising clients about which repairs will enhance the sale and which ones to leave for the next owner. She asks thought-provoking questions and creates a special plan for each seller.
When it comes to helping buyers, having been a successful real estate investor for over 25 years uniquely qualifies Gina to help people make wise financial decisions. And just as she does with sellers, Gina helps her clients work through all the questions and concerns they didn’t even know they had to create a unique plan for each person.
“Finding the perfect home or helping someone sell for top dollar is my priority. I’m not going to push someone just to make a sale.”
It’s that client-focused mindset that separates Gina from the crowd, keeps her real estate family close, and earns her many referrals from each client, not to mention repeat business.
Gina obtained her real estate agent license in 1988 and her broker’s license in 1990. She incorporated and started her own company in 1999 when her father retired. She’s a third generation Sonoma County Native and a second generation realtor, broker and investor.
