While she enjoys helping all buyers and sellers, she specializes in assisting first-time buyers and those dealing with probate or going through a divorce. An empathetic and patient listener, Kim enjoys providing the support, attention, and guidance that buyers and sellers need, especially when it is a highly emotional transaction.

Kim brings her clients real estate knowledge and understanding from two frames of reference. In addition to 13 years as a REALTOR®, she has over 20 years of experience as a paralegal, specializing in business and real estate law, estate planning, and probate.

Because she wants to provide the best possible service, Kim earned the Real Estate Collaborative Specialist – Divorce™ (RCS-D™) and the Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist (C.P.R.E.S.) designations. This knowledge, combined with her legal experience, assures her clients that everything is being done correctly and on time. She knows how to work with attorneys and trust companies on a professional level, so no detail is overlooked.

A life-long resident of the area, Kim is skilled in helping buyers find a home they can afford in a neighborhood that will provide proximity to work, school, and the amenities they seek. She also keeps a list of trusted service providers she recommends for everything from painting and carpet, to cleaning and staging, to becoming pre-approved for a mortgage loan. Kim is glad to help arrange for these services when it will relieve a burden for her clients.

Kim is very proud of her community, where residents pull together with heart and pride. This was especially evident after the 2017 wildfires, when people opened their homes and businesses to those in need and volunteered both time and services. Always willing to do her part, she volunteers with Sonoma Family Meals.

When not serving clients, Kim enjoys spending time with her family and friends, attempting new recipes, wine tasting in the beautiful Sonoma County wine country, hiking, and traveling. Her most recent adventure included a trip to Norway and Italy.
